These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and cuci2vip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cuci2vip website located at https://cuci2vip.cam and all associated services, features, games, and content offered therein.

cuci2vip is an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving users in Malaysia and accessible internationally. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting markets across a wide range of categories, including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other international sporting events.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and cuci2vip.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

In order to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cuci2vip strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform, in accordance with international licensing standards applicable to online casino and sports betting services.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether administered by cuci2vip or by any other gambling operator — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• One account per person: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a cuci2vip employee or any entity associated with the operation of the Platform.

To register an Account on cuci2vip, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal request, cuci2vip requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet registered under your name, or a bank statement showing your name and account number).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by cuci2vip's compliance team for the purposes of fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.

cuci2vip reserves the right to suspend an Account and withhold pending withdrawals pending the outcome of a KYC review. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use the cuci2vip website and all associated services solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You will access the Platform only through the official website at https://cuci2vip.cam and will not use any automated tool, bot, script, or software to access the Platform without prior written authorisation from cuci2vip.
• You accept that all gambling activities on the Platform involve financial risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose any funds you deposit and wager.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, including any wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• You will keep your Account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.
• You will notify cuci2vip support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• You acknowledge that the Platform's games are provided for entertainment purposes only. Past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

cuci2vip supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, BNB). All balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player elects to use a cryptocurrency deposit method, in which case conversion to MYR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM20 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for FPX/DuitNow bank transfers.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the Player's Account.
• cuci2vip does not charge deposit fees. However, individual payment service providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the Player's own name and previously verified during KYC.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies across all withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow/FPX transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• cuci2vip reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.

cuci2vip offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion tier. Full details are provided at the point of bonus acceptance.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in Account suspension.
• Validity Period: Bonus credits must be used and wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus credits will expire and be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer titles may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are available from our support team upon request.
• Maximum Bet: When playing with an active Bonus Balance, a maximum single bet of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the Bonus Balance and associated winnings.
• Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus: A 2% bonus is applied automatically to qualifying cryptocurrency deposits, up to a maximum of RM688 per deposit. This bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement and the 21+ age restriction.

cuci2vip reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to void any winnings considered to have been obtained through abuse of a bonus promotion.

All bets placed on the cuci2vip Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within each relevant section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. cuci2vip does not permit the cancellation, amendment, or reversal of confirmed bets except in the event of a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, cuci2vip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the Player's Account at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per event, and per Player account. These limits may be adjusted by cuci2vip at any time without prior notice.
• For live sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC events), cuci2vip reserves the right to suspend a market at any time and to settle bets in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the relevant authoritative governing body's official result shall be final and binding.
• Winnings from slot games and table games are calculated and credited to the Player's Real Money Balance in real time upon game completion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci2vip Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and potential reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the use of insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment accounts not held in the Player's own name.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with cuci2vip.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where the Player knows or ought reasonably to know that such access is unlawful.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors within the Platform for financial gain. Players who discover a material error are obliged to notify cuci2vip support immediately.

cuci2vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice, where cuci2vip has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been involved in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• The Player is or has become ineligible to hold an Account under the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• A KYC review has not been satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• The continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk to cuci2vip.

Upon Account closure for cause, cuci2vip reserves the right to withhold any Account balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Balances are non-refundable in all circumstances upon Account closure.

Players may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting cuci2vip support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

cuci2vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders to notify them when they have been logged in and playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. Please contact support to initiate this process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci2vip, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from game malfunctions, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account, provided that cuci2vip has not been negligent in the implementation of its security measures.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information or content available on the Platform.

In any event, cuci2vip's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

All content on the cuci2vip Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of cuci2vip or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, republished, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of cuci2vip. Any unauthorised use of cuci2vip's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

cuci2vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via a notification displayed upon login to their Account and/or by email to the address registered on the Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuci2vip holds its international online gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, cuci2vip and the Player agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of the dispute being raised, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate arbitration or legal proceedings available in the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent cuci2vip from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or bet settlements, the decision of cuci2vip's designated adjudication process shall be final and binding, subject to any rights the Player may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
